Model-Driven development with Oslo by Esteban Garcia

"Oslo" is the code name for a set of technologies that will enable developers, architects, and IT professionals to work together more effectively through the use of modeling. We will cover Model-driven development concepts, the new "M" language, creating DSL's with "M" and the new Intellipad and Quadrant tools.

Esteban Garcia is a Principal Consultant at M2E Solutions, an Orlando-based software consulting firm. He is also the president of ONETUG (Orlando .NET User Group). He has more than 10 years experience in professional software development. He is experienced in all phases of distributed object oriented enterprise application development and design on the Windows platform, and he has focused on the .NET Framework since 2001. He has been involved with different industries such as mobile technologies, financial services, telecommunications, health care, and developer tools. Esteban excels in architecture and best practices and is able to provide advice on SDLC customization and build automation. He holds certifications on MCAD, MCSD.NET, IEEE Certified Software Engineer, and ScrumMaster. Esteban also has a bachelor of science degree in Computer Engineering with an emphasis in software design from the University of Central Florida.
